  • What is Fit to Fight Fire?
    We are a community built on the foundation of Faith, Family, and Fire. We believe in hard work, discipline, and sacrifice, inspiring us to train our minds and bodies daily. It is an honor to serve our communities, leading us to pursue our craft in a way that honors the oath and all those who came before us. We are fighting the celebration of mediocrity one act at a time. We are Fit To Fight Fire.
  • How can I get involved?
    You can join the Fit to Fight Fire family here on our website or through our Patreon, where you can gain access to exclusive benefits and extra content.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept all major credit and debit cards for online purchases. Keep an eye out for PayPal Express Payment hopefully coming soon as well.
  • How long should I expect to wait for my order?
    We try to get orders out as fast as possible. However, there are occasional delays in processing. Because of this, we ask that you allows 5-7 days for processing and handling. After that most orders are delivered within 5 days of the ship date.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once we begin processing your order, you will receive an email to the address you provided that will include a tracking number. Please keep in mind that this email is sent when we begin processing your order, not when it is picked up by the carrier. Because of this, you may not see any tracking updates for 24-36 hours.
  • How can I request a refund or exchange?
    We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of you receiving your order. If a mistake was made on our end, please contact us at ftff@limebiscuit.com so we can make things right. If you simply wish to receive a refund or exchange a product, there should be a return card included with your order with specific instructions on how to go about that process.
