Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. A card should be included with your order that shows the return address and allows you to mark for return or refund. If this card is not in your order or you have other questions, please contact us at ftff@limebiscuit.com and include your Order Number so we can assist as best possible.

When you purchase from Fit to Fight Fire, some of the information you provide is stored in a database within our site (name, email address, billing address, and shipping address). All other information is only taken to the extent on completing your order.

Fit to Fight Fire is very mindful of your information and only uses it for the purposes of bookkeeping and order tracking.
